Includes 12 -45 minute Coaching Sessions. This is for the person who is ready to have the support of a Life Coach to empower you to live your best life. You will be held as whole and capable. You will discover your core values and co-create a clear path leading you towards your personal goals, in every area of your life. You will gain personal insights, wisdom and resources. There will be weekly practices and assignments, between sessions, to develop new habits and let go of limiting beliefs. Before each session you will email an update of your wins and challenges. You will gain a heightened sense of self -awareness, self-confidence, self-love, empowerment, happiness and peace of mind.
Healing Package #2 $1280 Save $120
Includes 8 -45 minute Coaching Sessions plus 4 -1.5 hr Hypnosis/Energy Sessions. This package includes all of Package #1 plus the added empowerment and healing of Hypnosis, NLP and Energy Work. A powerful package.

Includes 12 -75 min. Energy Work Sessions
